Future Challenge Research Support Project 2026 workshop held
On January 20, 2026, the Future Challenge Research Support Project 2026 workshop was held in room Y201 of the Engineering Building at Myongji University.
This workshop has the theme of ‘Future Challenge Research Liquid Metal-Based Variable Shape Robot’.
It was an opportunity to discuss technological direction and expansion possibilities from the perspective of research, institution, and industry cooperation.
Jeong Sang-guk, CEO of Microsystems, shares insights focusing on the research perspective and application expansion direction of liquid metal-based variable shape robots.
We have established a starting point for discussions on future cooperation and verification linkage.
Additionally, in the last session, follow-up tasks and cooperation plans were specified through the Future Challenge Meeting.
In the future, we will continue to create opportunities for industry, academia, and research to connect together to advance technological maturity and expand the empirical base.
